Castellblanch Organic Brut 11.5%75cl

The winery UVE, which makes this product for Castellblanc, is based in Requena, an area that has been producing wine since the 16th century. UVE is the only winery in the area that produces organic Cava, and they work closely with 30 producers of organically grown grapes. The grapes are grown at 700 m.a.s.l. where there is no moisture, no fungus or anything else, which again means that there is no need for chemicals. Chardonnay gives an elegant Cava, and Macabeo gives fruit and freshness.

Straw yellow color with a hint of green. Great, long-lasting bubbles. Clean nose with aromas of green apples and citrus. Elegant hint of baking. Fresh and pleasant in the mouth.
