How Click & Collect works
Select the airport, shop and time for your pick-up. Choose your favorite products and add them to your shopping cart. Remember that you have to order minimum 6 hours before you collect your items at the airport.
After you completed your order, we pack it for you, so that they are ready for you when you arrive at the airport.
Pass by the pick-up point in the store and collect and pay for your pre-packed products. If you want you can add or remove products when you pick up the order.
You can add and remove items to your order in the store, just bring the items you want in addition to your reserved order.
Use the wish list on the website to remember products for your next flight.
Shopping for someone else? Make it easier and use the Click & Collect service. You don’t have to search for their items and they get exactly what they want.
When you arrive at the airport, either departing or arriving depending on what you chose when you placed the order.
To pick up your items at the Click & Collect point, we need you to show us your boarding card, phone number, or order number. If you have ordered alcohol or tobacco products, you must show valid identification.

Yes, just let us know which items or orders you wish to cancel at our pick-up point. Orders that aren't picked up will be stored for 24 hours and then canceled.
You can just pick up your order when you arrive. We will store your order for 24 hours.
Unfortunately you must have a valid flight to be able to buy at the airport, therefore you must make a new order if you can't arrive at the airport within 24 hours of originally planned flight.
If your flight is canceled but you get a new flight within the 24 hours, your old order is still valid, so you don't have to re-order.
