Airport Retail Group AS (org. no. 989 254 960), by the general manager, is responsible for the storage and processing of Personal Data in the group, including all wholly owned subsidiaries. Airport Retail Group AS focuses on processing all Personal Data properly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. This privacy policy provides information about Airport Retail Group AS processing of Personal Data in general.
 
Definitions

Storage time
Airport Retail Group AS stores Personal Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the processing purpose. Basically, data is deleted when a customer requests it or an agreement with partners is terminated. Statutory rules, for example relating to storage for accounting purposes and other legal obligations may make it necessary to store Personal Data for a longer period. Continued storage may also take place when it is necessary to safeguard Airport Retail Group AS's legitimate interests, such as for example asserting or defending legal claims.
Information security
Protection of personal data is of great importance to Airport Retail Group AS. We work continuously to ensure security and protect Personal Data against accidental change, deletion or disclosure to unauthorized parties, externally and internally.
